Door and Window Sensor T1

The Aqara Door and Window Sensor detects the open and close state of doors or windows through the distance between the sensor unit and the magnet. It consumes a very small amount of energy. No tools required, simply peel and stick it to the desired location.

Proximity: For a solid connection, make sure the Aqara Door and Window Sensor is within 400 inches of the Aqara Hub Zigbee, and that the hub is within the same range of the Wi-Fi router. Also, ensure that both the hub and router are on the same local network (LAN).
Unauthorized Entry Detection & Home Automation: The Aqara Door/Window Sensor alerts your phone and triggers the local alarm on the Aqara hub in case of unexpected door/window openings. It also controls other Aqara devices based on the door/window state. Set up automations in the Aqara Home app, for example, with the Aqara Hub, when you open the door in the evening, the Aqara Door and Window Sensor will send a signal to the Aqara Wall Switch to turn on the lights.
0.86 Inch Authorized Gap: The Aqara Door and Window Sensor works with most types of doors, windows, and other devices with similar mechanisms, such as drawers, cabinets, and more. (Note: Please ensure that the surface where you plan to stick the Aqara Door and Window Sensor is flat and easily adhesive, and the authorized gap between the door is up to 0.86 inch.)
Voice Control: Compatible with Apple HomeKit, Alexa for a hands-free experience. (Note: a. Please connect the Aqara Door and Window Sensor to the Aqara Hub before connecting it to Apple HomeKit or enabling skills in Google Home and Alexa. b. The Aqara Door and Window Sensor is not currently compatible with SmartThings.)

An Aqara Hub is required and sold separately.
(Note: Does not support hubs from other brands.) Requires a secure 2.4 gigahertz Wi-Fi connection for Hub M2/ M1S/ E1/M1S Gen2 and Camera Hub G2H Pro/ G2H, and Wi-Fi 2.4/ 5 GHz for Camera Hub G3. (Wired connection via Ethernet RJ45 for Hub M2 is also supported.)
