Description

Based on the Zigbee 3.0 wireless communication protocol*, the Aqara H1 EU smart wall switch is a smart switch that turns lights and other electrical devices on and off. Once connected to an Aqara hub, it can enable remote control via the Aqara Home app, scheduled control, and other functions. It can also work with other smart devices as part of smart home automations.

Strengths

Versions with or without neutral: The version without neutral can also be used in the presence of a neutral wire. However, some functions will not be available, and the power limitation is stricter. It is therefore recommended to stick with the version with neutral if a neutral wire is available in your wall box.
Total compatibility: Supports the most popular voice assistants and ecosystems: HomeKit, Alexa, Google.
Zigbee 3.0 protocol: Enjoy the benefits of the fastest, most stable, and most energy-efficient smart home technology. Better stability and compatibility (more standardized protocol), better support, and more features.
Compatible with round wall boxes: In addition to square 86 mm wall boxes, the H1 EU also supports European round wall boxes.

3-way configuration with the wireless H1 wall switch: By combining the H1 wall switch with the wireless H1 switch, you can easily control the same lights from two or more locations without adding extra wiring.
Conversion to wireless switch function: The switch button can be modified to provide an additional "wireless switch" while the light will be controlled by automations.
Create automated scenarios with other Aqara smart devices: By connecting a motion sensor, the light will automatically turn on when it detects your presence. By connecting a temperature and humidity sensor, the bathroom ventilation will automatically turn on when high humidity is detected.
Overheating protection: Thanks to overheating protection, you can be assured that your home is safe.
Energy consumption monitoring and statistics: The Aqara H1 EU wall switch (with neutral) can monitor the energy consumption of your lights and other devices and generate a power curve diagram to help you easily understand which devices are the most energy-efficient and which are not.
LED indicator behavior adjustment: The behavior of the LED indicator can be configured via the Aqara Home app. You can now choose to turn it off completely, turn it on when the switch is on, or vice versa. These options are not available for the version without neutral.
